Guest Information and Policies

• Rates include a full country breakfast

• Rates do not include taxes

• Rates may vary and minimum night stays may be required for certain college and/or holiday weekends

• Reservations require a deposit equal to one night within five days of booking accommodations with balance due at arrival in either cash or check.

• If cancellation is necessary, please do so at least fourteen days prior to your stay.  If we are able to rebook the room for the same number of nights, the deposit, less a $20.00 service fee, will be refunded.

• Discounts for extended stays and seniors

• Children over ten years only

• Smoking restricted to outdoors

• Cannot accommodate pets

• Check-in between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm (or by prearrangement)

• Credit cards not accepted

• Checkout time by 11:00 am
